Are there cancellation fees or last minute rescheduling fees?
We require 48 hrs notice.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured.
Will I be able to reach you while you are caring for my pet?
Always .Our goal is for you to be worry free and know your pet/s are in good hands. We welcome any inquiries while you are away. You can call, text or email at your convenience.
How does exchange of payment work?
Payment must be received in full prior to your pet receiving care. This can be cash or check.
Do we get to meet with a pet sitter before leaving our pets in your care?
Absolutely. We will schedule a time to meet with you and your pets to make sure we fully understand your expectations and needs. We would also like to give your pet/s a chance to get to know us and familiarize ourselves with their routine and home.
What pets do you care for?
Dogs, cats, small animals and some farm animals. Each animal we care for will be pre-approved to make sure we can meet everyones needs.
What is included in your service area?
Our boarding facility is located in Hillsboro, NH and our pet sitting services cover Concord and surrounding areas, and the Lakes Region. Please still inquire if you are outside these areas to see if we can accommodate you.
